Joris Meijaard is associate of SEOR. He is a graduated econometrist and has obtained a PhD in economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). Joris has nearly 20 years of experience in economic policy research. In 2011, he founded his own research agency MIR, which is specialised in innovation and company growth. Joris focuses on (1) the development and evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship policy and (2) future explorations of regional and sectoral economic development.
