New project: Transgender people on the labour market

Politics, media and society are increasingly aware of the emancipation of the LGBTI community and, more specifically, transgender people. The latter group experiences considerable problems in terms of safety, health, wellbeing, social participation, education and work. The Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science has asked SEOR to examine the labour market position of transgender people, to find out how they can help to improve their situation.

We would like to gain insight in the experiences of transgender people when looking for work and in the workplace. Therefore, we are looking for transgender people willing to participate in a group discussion about this topic. Would you like to participate in the study?
